Today i am going to share my thoughts on how to become strong mentally and it matters.

I am sharing my experience on how to become strong, how to control your negative thoughts.

You are the only one who can change your life, your thoughts, your emotions, so lets start.

The strongest you want to become the hardest you have to learn.

Yes its simple like if you wanna get more marks on your exam so for that you have to learn that much of.

Here, if you want to become stronger then you have to be learn how to face your problems.

You must have to learn how to defeat your scar, and become strong.

I know it will not that easy as saying but it depends on you how you wanna become.

Fear about something can make you depressed as i used to , but today i am here sharing my experience with you.

HOW I BECOME STRONG

I used to scared about the people, i used to trapped b/w my thoughts like- HOW TO BECOME   STRONG AND WOULD I?

  • i wanna do it but what about people
  • people will judge me
  • they will talk about me
  • no i am not doing it, people will judge me
  • I am not good looking so people will hate me

These types of thoughts i used to trapped between but i overcome because i always used to think one day

i will be me and i will be the most important person of my life, no emotions, no overthinking.

When i started this journey then i realized that i would never got my destination but i did it.

Becoming strong is not that easy after so many sacrifices, so many lessons you would be able for this position.

Just put down  the bag of emotions, failure, loser, negative thoughts, and start living in the moment with

yourself, with your confidence, with your work, with your goal and now you have the power of BECOMING STRONG.

DIFFERENCE IN MY THOUGHTS – PAST vs. PRESENT- HOW TO BECOME STRONG

Now i know who i am, i have control on thoughts, on my emotions, no one can hurt me.

  • PAST- HOW TO BECOME STRONG

I used to be a person of negative thoughts, emotional, over thinker, scar of people.

When i used to be a person who is not mentally strong, like i used to get emotional early.

  • PRESENT-

My thoughts used to be totally negative which made me a failure but how i overcome from all those problems by my self confidence, my control on  thoughts, my sacrifice of nights and days on becoming strong and if i can then why you can’t.

Make your aim, make yourself as much strong neither anyone can make you emotional, nor anyone can hurt you.

In this world you have to walk alone because if someone is going with you can make you weak .

CHOOSE WISELY.

CONCLUSION- YOUR EYES FADES AWAY WITH SOME MEMORIES AND GUILT OF THE
            PAST BUT YOU HAVE TO LET IT GO JUST LET IT GO . A STRONG 
            PERSON IS ONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO PASS AFTER GETTING FAIL .
            A STRONG PERSON IS ONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO CONTROL HIS EMOTIONS.
            NO ONE CAN HURT YOU JUST CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS.
            BE STRONG MENTALLY AND DEFEAT YOUR FEAR OF GETTING HURT, 
            GETTING DEPRESSED, GETTING EMOTIONAL.
